Scholarship Benefits


The value of the exemption scholarship varies depending on your academic performance. The transcripts submitted while applying for admission are used to evaluate your file. The outcome of this examination will determine the amount you are entitled to based on the three levels listed below.

Complete remission of the extra tuition costs ordinarily paid to international students is offered to assist you in your graduate studies as an international student. This exemption bursary entitles you to the same tuition expenses as Québec graduate students.

  • For your studies, you will pay $21,038.13 every year (3 sessions, equal to 45 credits) or $7,012.71 per session (equivalent to 15 credits).
  • This payment is applied to the annual tuition of $25,125.93. (45 credits)

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Be an international student and have received an offer of admission to a study program offered at UdeM;
  • Hold a valid study permit;
  • Maintain their full-time student status without unauthorized interruption throughout their study program;
  • Not benefit from any other form of exemption applicable to tuition fees;
  • Not be enrolled in a free study program.

  • Program modification: If the program changes, your file will be evaluated, and the exemption scholarship value will be updated appropriately.
